Finally used to the layout of the city and I've found my spots to run. I think I'm going to do a four week cycle of mileage this summer with lower mileage every fourth week and then continue building (i.e. 37, 45, 53, down to 40 and right back up to 60 the next week). Any thoughts on possible benefits/reasons not to do this? I took a dip in mileage out of necessity this week but I might give it a try.
Also, has anyone gotten a summer schedule from coach? I'm basing my training off of what Maloney gave us this year, but I'm not sure if we're changing the game up now or something.
