M - 14 (9 am + 5 pm)
T - 10 (5k race at night + 4 x 500 strides after + warmup/cooldown)
W- 12 (8 am + 4 pm)
Th - 12 (2 am + 10 pm...did 5.5 mile tempo @ 5:57 pace)

75 for the week. Felt really really crappy and flat, hopefully that's just a phase. Gonna take a down week (55-60 miles I guess?) next week before preseason.

I was real busy and forgot to post last week, but it was just a down week, about 55 miles.

Next week will be a little lower again, maybe 65-70, because i'm leaving for Washington D.C. Thursday for a short trip on the way up to school.

Monday I planned for 7-8 but in the road race got caught up because i was not winning and went 5:20 and beyond the last 1.5-2 miles, which was too early for a 7-8 mile progression so i cut it short.
Thursday I tried doing a better progression but I progressed way too fast after 4 miles.

hey guys! i really stepped it up this week. i think i might actually be able to go sub 26 first race at vcp, im in killer shape
