Dropped the mileage a few miles this week.

M- 10 (7.5 AM + 2.5 PM)

W- 10 (7.5 AM + 2.5 PM...did a 4 mile race that morning in 22:0X, not sure the exact time because the course was a little long by everyone's measurements. My watch had me at 22 flat for 4 miles)

4-Jul-12 10.5 I ran in a 4 mile race in Saratoga in order to get me to do a tempo run... I wanted to just run 5:30s so I would
run 22:00 but I was a bit excited and went out in 5:10 I then dropped back to 5:30 and the last mile was slightly
qucker. Officially I was 21:37. It actually felt suprisingly easy considering I havent done anything really fast yet.

Had to take the weekend off this time around because there wasn't much water in the desert - not real happy about the stall in mileage but whaddayagunnado. The hills are getting to me, (especially during tempos) but its time to start pushing through.

hey guys. so far as you can tell ive been having some PRETTY solid training. I mean so far ive been doing like part running part bike, but im thinkin about maybe backin off this week, sort of just takin a down week to keep my legs fresh. ill try to RAMP IT UP again the next week, maybe hit like 37 or 38 but not too fast, just keepin it at like 7 45 pace for now but ill probably be dippin down into the low 7s by the end of the summer, so i plan on coming into the season ready to run some pretty fast times. cant wait to meet everyone for preseason i hear it's a lot of fun. i like having fun.

did a 5k on tuesday. ran 16:26 chilling hard. dropped off of julian, synan, and kaz on saturday pretty hard. ran 6 on sunday.
