Felt good this week, aside from the (now sadly normal) gastro-intestinal issues. Taking a dip in mileage week this week, probably looking at around 55-60 and then jumping back up to 75 the week after.

Quincy you can tell us your actual pace. Ben was saying don't tell us the time of day of your run haha. Like 3:46 PM in stead of per mile

Quincy's posts are always the most confusing. I keep trying to figure out if 6:00 means 6 minute pace or 6 o'clock in the AM or PM.

Regardless, I'm totally down with Quincy and think he's a great guy.

Last week-- 66 total (forgot to post)
One tempo of 11.5 miles dead flat @ 5:58 pace
One tempo of 10 miles on "monte-rous" hills @ 6:02 pace
One long run 14 miles @ 5:53 pace

This week was a down week. Didn't bother to count
10 mile tempo @ 6:08 pace and then a taper. Probably hit 50-55 miles as instructed. Really took 6 days off. Hit my long run yesterday 14.5 @ 5:58 pace. All feel good shit. Let the base BUILD! Can't wait for preseason. If there's anything about preseason I love it's fresh mashed potatoes!

I forgot to post the last 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago was 56 miles and the week after I went on vacation to the middle of nowhere. Tried running on the roads but on the 2nd day I saw a bear in the woods like 3 miles in so needless to say I didnt run on the roads again. I found a track like a 20 minute drive away so I still able run but mileage was lower (probably around 45 that week).

So whose ready to do half of every repeat with me at bear mountain in a few weeks?!?
